Q: How long until my photos are ready? 

A: Photos will be delivered within 24hrs from the time the photoshoot ends. Video packages may take longer. 

Q: How will my photos be delivered?

A: Photos will be delivered via Google Drive or Dropbox. Once payment has been confirmed you will receive a link to your photos where you will be able to download them.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

A: We accept cash, check, Venmo, Google Pay, and PayPal. (Note: there will be a service charge added to payments made through PayPal. We recommend using one of the other forms of payment to avoid this fee.) 

Q: What about small rooms? Do you use a wide angle lens?

A: Yes, we shoot with wide angle lenses, and small rooms will be properly captured. 

Q: Can you photoshop my cat/kid/car/etc. out of the photos?

A: While we can photoshop certain things out of photos, we'd prefer if you prepared the spaces so that we don't have to do so :) Excessive photoshop requests will come with an extra charge. Please read our Preparing For A Shoot Page before the shoot.
